If yes, what is the criteria that makes someone an expert?

I've learned this from my experience, to be honest xD. Even though I have a little bit of a fancy degree from esteemed colleges in the country, it's still useless if I can't do the thing, right?

Expertise, if you ask me, comes from constant practice, training, and learning. Not from a fancy degree or a doctorate.
