Leaders canβt dictate culture, but they can nurture it.
By Tom & David Kelley in their book Creative Confidence
You know, it's hard for leaders to look down and engage with their subjects. π
Just kidding. But yeah, really, it's a little hard for top-level management to work with an intern.
What they can do is create an environment where the intern thrives and has the freedom to create or do things that won't be ridiculed.
They shouldn't be laughed at if they come up with an idea, even though it might be stupid.
The company should embrace creativity instead of ridiculing it.
