Imagine the possibilities: finally signing up for that dance class, asking for a raise without sweating through your shirt, or telling your pet that, no, you can't feed him every time he looks cute.
Fear often paralyzes us, turning us into the deer in the headlights of life's changes.
But picturing life without fear can shift us from frozen statues to proactive adventurers.
Many of our fears are like the monster under the bed—scary until you realize it's just a pair of socks.
This question is a gentle nudge (or a swift kick) out of our comfort zones.
Be sure to ask and answer wisely!
