Hey,
Okay, I've been waiting to talk about this book. This book changed my ENTIRE perspective on growth, building teams, and running a business.
I came across this book at a time when I really needed to learn not to do everything myself. I know it sounds odd, and I know we've all been taught to learn every single thing right from school.
But do we?
This book questions everything we've been taught and embeds the mindset of thinking WHO instead of HOW.
We all have dreams bigger than us, bigger than our capabilities, and bigger than our situations — instead of changing these external, out-of-our-control environments or even spending YEARS learning new skills; you ask yourself, “Who can do it better?” rather than asking yourself, “How do I do it?”
Your role? You create a vision larger than life and give that vision detailed context and importance for all the Who’s involved.
