A lot of founders try to focus on building an aesthetically pleasing website and app, while ignoring the people who will actually use them.
This is very common in internet-led businesses these days. Many founders don't conduct market research or talk to their actual customers about the product or service they are selling.
When I started Two Paise Club, I actually spoke to a few people who I thought would be the ideal customers before launching this newsletter, and I will continue to do the same when I launch a paid plan.
Last week, a reader reached out to say that they wanted a weekly newsletter with all the links, and I made it happen. I felt like some of you would like to read all of it at once because these are very short writings.
