The Dream Team
Not the team that failed in the olympics, but the one that will take you to the Forbes list.
The team always came first. Before even his own health. Let the headlines go to whomever wanted them.
By Ryan Holiday in his book Discipline Is Destiny
That's a team player, and every leader should be one.
You see, great leaders never worry about the spotlight of interviews or fame. All they care about is the team.
Take MS Dhoni, the perfect embodiment of this saying. He never cared about being the man of the match or scoring that century or even the fame.
All he wanted was to win the game.
Famously, he walks off, handing over the trophy to his teammates and takes the mic when the team loses.
That's how every business owner should be. But this day and age, it's all about personal branding and scaling a brand through yourself.
However, the fact is, you can do it without it too!
I'm not saying not to build a personal brand; you don't have to be greedy and hog credit wherever it matters.
Whenever I get the chance, I give a shoutout to my awesome family and the amazing people I work with.
Their support keeps me going and gives me the confidence to take on some pretty wild and out-of-the-box projects.
It's not like I can do everything alone. Put the team ahead no matter what.

Isn't building a great team is hard ?
