Strategies are derived by answering two fundamental questions:
Where will you play: product categories, consumer segments, production funnels
How you will win there: value proposition, competitive advantage
Always remember-
The strategies that fail in the market are the ones that fail at answering these two fundamental questions.
A well made strategy is one that doesn’t need luck to win.
